This circle is an invitation to find your way back to it.
What is a Sacred Circle?
A Sacred Circle is not a webinar. It is not a workshop. It is not a coaching session.
It is 70 minutes of intentional, embodied, sacred space — held virtually, with a small group of women who are ready to go deeper.
Together, we will:
• Ground ourselves in our bodies through a guided grounding and breathwork practice
• Move gently to release what we’ve been carrying
• Journey inward through music and journaling prompts designed to surface what you already know
• Witness each other in a sharing circle held with complete confidentiality and zero judgment
You will leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to the part of you that already has the answers.
No preparation needed. No right way to show up. Come exactly as you are.

| I am Carolyn, the founder of Serendipity’s Garden. I know what it feels like to lose trust in yourself — and I know what it takes to find your way back. My path has taken me through some of life’s most challenging terrain, and what I discovered on the other side was this: the guidance I needed was always within me. I simply needed the space, the stillness, and the support to hear it. I created Serendipity’s Garden to offer that space to other women. I am not a guru. I do not have all the answers. What I have is a deep belief in your capacity to access your own wisdom — and the skill to create a container safe and sacred enough for that to happen. I would be honoured to hold this space for you. |

About This Circle: Trusting Yourself Again
We spend so much of our lives looking outward for confirmation.
Am I making the right decision? Am I on the right path? What do other people think I should do?
Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to distrust our own inner knowing — to second-guess our instincts, override our gut feelings, and defer to voices outside ourselves.
This circle is a gentle, powerful invitation to reverse that pattern.
In our time together, we will explore:
• Where and when you learned to stop trusting yourself
• What your inner wisdom has been trying to tell you
• What becomes possible when you choose to listen
March 31st — the last day of the month, the cusp of spring — is a perfect moment for this reclamation. The earth is remembering what it knows how to do. Perhaps you are, too.
