So…. How about creating a Vision Board with your family? Sit down with your partner, children, grand children, nieces, nephews… who ever is close to you and open to applying The Law of Attraction in their life. First talk about goals and dreams and share with each other what you would like to create in your life.
Then – as a group – go and search for images, affirmations etc to include on your Vision Board. What an amazing way to spend real quality time with your family and help them achieve their goals. How powerful to learn more about what inspires and empowers the people closest to you!

Everyone develops “energy habits” during their lives, which determines how we respond to the world. If it is a dark filter through which we view life, then we react to stimulus in a negative fashion. If, however, we view the world with trust, hope and optimism; we act on these positive emotions and will attract positive results. Changing your “energy habits” will change your life.
Do you know a complainer or person that erupts with little provocation? Are you subjected daily to someone always depressed who constantly focuses on the negative side of a situation or gossips without relent about others?
These negative energy habits have consequences:
They attract to the sender negative relationships, ramifications, and a general state of poor health and unhappiness.
Negative energy emissions poison the Earth’s Energy Bank, contributing to a world poverty, dread, loathing and strife.
Because emotions and thoughts are actual energy emissions, transmitting negative or positive energy imprints our future on the Universe. Today, quantum physics is proving that our emotions and thoughts have a powerful influence on the future. What we think is manifested, thus we are Consciously Creating.
It is essential to construct positive energy habitsif you want a happy, healthy, empowering existence. More importantly, positive energy habits create a world of abundance, peace, compassion, love, and environmental balance that we all desire.
So how do we create positive energy habits? Here are some suggestions:
Be aware of instinctual thoughts and reactions, and how those thoughts and reactions will likely return to you. On a sheet of paper list all of your negative energy habits. Then go back and identify positive energy habits to replace the negative. Now make those positive energy habits your default trait. Note the energy habits of others. Emulate the positive ones and use the bad to remind yourself of how you don’t want to react.
Catch yourself in the act of emitting energy, and then decide if that habit is one you want to continue. If positive, change to the new habit — and pat yourself on the back the first couple times you execute the new trait. Be sure to also forgive yourself if you fall back occasionally to old ways.
Diplomatically help others eradicate negative energy habits and institute positive ones.
Notice how your positive energy habits impact others. Don’t be surprised if new, uplifting friends come along, and old chums are happier around you.
You’re on the path to manifesting a better future. Just think how your new way of thinking positively impacts the Universe, planet and all its inhabitants! Your new positive energy habits are like a balm on the world …a soothing ointment making everything better.

An Affirmation Formula for Intentionally Raising Your Vibration by Anisa Aven
Here’s an affirmation formula that I’ve developed for my clients that literally walks you up the vibrational map, from negativity to peace.My formula was inspired byDr. David Hawkin’s monumental work (Levels of Human Consciousness) in his book, Power VS. Force. I’ve indicated the level of consciousness (LoC) of each step to the right below. Without getting into too much detail here, let me just state that 200, the level of courage, is the first positive level of consciousness.Anything less than a consciousness level of 200, and what you really want CANNOT manifest. Therefore, use this formula to walk yourself up from a consciousness that is unproductive and limiting to a consciousness (and vibration) that actually has the energetic potential to create what you really want in your life.
1. IDENTIFY WHAT YOU WANT. (LOC 125)
2. HAVE A SPIRITUAL TEMPER-TANTRUM! ( LOC 150)
3. PULL UP YOUR BOOTSTRAPS. (LOC 175-200)
4. BE WILLING & SURRENDER. ( LOC 250-310)
5. ACCEPT THE ESSENCE OF YOUR DESIRE NOW. (LOC 350-400)
6. EXPRESS & SHARE GRATITUDE, JOYFUL DELIGHT AND LOVE (LOC > 400)
I’ve applied the formula to the “negative environment” situation below. As you’re reading the following, notice how the affirmations literally alter your energy from a weaker attractor field (frustration) to a stronger attractor field (joy and peace) with each step.
1 – IDENTIFY WHAT YOU WANT. (LOC 125)
“What do I want?” What do I believe this “desire” will give to me that I don’t now have, or that I want more of?
EXAMPLE: “I want to feel better. I want to experience Peace in my home. I want LOVE, COMPASSION, and OPTIMISM. I want harmony now!”
2 – HAVE A SPIRITUAL TEMPER-TANTRUM! (LOC 150)
Put your foot down! Refuse to put any further attention upon negative, limited, or self-righteous thoughts that only add to the problem.
EXAMPLE: “That’s it!!!! I’ve had enough! I put my foot down on my part in this problem. I put my foot down on negative thoughts. I refuse to engage in the negativity from this point forward.”
3 – PULL UP YOUR BOOTSTRAPS. (LOC 175-200)
Muster your courage and be proud of yourself.
EXAMPLE: “I am proud of myself. I am capable of doing anything I put my mind to. If there has ever been anyone on this planet that has done this before, then I can do it too. I AM Courageous. I AM Bold. I courageously do what needs to be done with zest and enthusiasm. I courageously and openly choose to face whatever may be necessary to create health, vitality, peace and harmony NOW! I choose to be courageously intentional with my thoughts.”
4 – BE WILLING & SURRENDER. (LOC 250-310)
Breathe in a willingness to be open, make mistakes, and be accepting and SurRender to the Divine Order of life.
EXAMPLE: “I AM willing to get it wrong. I AM willing to make mistakes; take risks; screw things up. I AM willing to have this be easy. I AM Willing to do what needs to be done. I AM willing to focus on the positive. I AM willing to be responsible for all of my experiences from this point forward. I AM neutral. I confidently surrender to the Divine Order of life, and whatever happens, happens for a reason. I choose to be at Peace with it, now and from this point forward. I SurRender to the worst case scenario – if that happens, so be it – I’ll survive. I SurRender to the best case scenario – if that happens, so be it – I’ll survive. I AM Willing. I AM Neutral. I completely and totally trust in the Divine Plan and let it go now!”
5 -ACCEPT THE ESSENCE OF YOUR DESIRE NOW. (LOC 350-400)
What you want is already yours – accept it, now.
EXAMPLE: “I choose to put my attention on the experience of PEACE in my home. I intend to feel at peace no matter what my external circumstances. I choose Love. I intend to be LOVING even when those around me cannot choose it. I choose JOY. I intend to be joyous even in the face of negativity. I choose compassion. I intend to be compassionate at all cost. I accept Peace now. I live the essence of peace in all that I do. I accept Peace as my experience now. I anticipate it. I embrace it. I now SEE joy in my home. I now SEE LOVE all around me. I now SEE PEACE. I expect this to be my experience from this point forward. I trust that it is a SURE THING. I trust the Universe to deliver PEACE to me now and I anticipate it fully. Reason tells me that the Universal Law of Attraction works in ALL cases, therefore if I want it, and allow it – it is. I embrace this truth now and let it go. Reason also tells me that the Universe is impartial; therefore, if it has ever been created by anyone else on this planet then it is now manifesting for me as well. I embrace this and stand strong on the scientifically proven truth that like energy seeks like energy. I therefore accept Peace in my home and I embrace PEACE as my primary mode of operation. I AM Peace, therefore I experience Peace. ”
6 – EXPRESS & SHARE GRATITUDE, JOYFUL DELIGHT AND LOVE (LOC >400)
Supercharge your vibration and desire with gratitude and the ultimate vibration of love.
EXAMPLE: “I am grateful to now completely and totally experience peace in my home and with my family. Joy fills my heart and I revel in the overflow of love that permeates my every experience. I am sublime. I see where I can express and share love and I do so easily now. I am loving. I am joyous. I am grateful.”
This 6-tiered formula can be applied in any situation and especially when you KNOW you’re really ready to transcend lower level negativity. It was designed to take our energy (the vibrational attractor field that we are presently engaged in) and intentionally walk us up to a stronger, more powerful and intentional attractor field; one more in alignment with what we really want.
Most instructions for “affirmations” suggest simply saying, “I already have this.” This instruction still applies IF you can sincerely believe what you’re affirming. However, the reason most people have little to no success with affirmations is because they simply by-pass their true beliefs and feelings about a subject and their vibration simply can’t jump the canyon!
Affirmations are powerful tools for manifesting your dreams. When used to change a belief like in the above example, they become one of the most powerful provisions we have for rapid growth and personal fulfillment.

All you’ve got to do is stop the resistance, which means stop the justifying, stop the defending, stop the haranguing, stop the incessant complaining, stop beating the drum of what you don’t want. But most important, make a decision that you care how you feel. And don’t be willing to put up with feelings that don’t feel good.It’s amazing how willing you are to feel so much worse than you really should feel. The movies you choose. The things you watch on television. The things you say about each other! The disrespect that you have for yourself! … You use so many excuses to separate yourself from Who You Are.We want to enliven you to the conscious awareness that you’re supposed to feel good. And that Who You Really Are DOES feel really good. We want you to feel the thrill bumps and the goose bumps that are always present when you come into alignment. We want you to feel the clarity and stamina and vigorous nature of your being.”

It never fails. No matter what the challenge they are working on with me, the moment I ask a talented, good-looking, accomplished and seemingly successful client if they approve of themselves they shake their head and squint their eyes in confusion. Of course! they approve of themselves, they opine, don’t the hours in the gym and office prove that? Ask a client who is working on their physical appearance, health or a lack of loving relationships in their life, and the reaction can be even more emotionally intense.
No matter who we are, the frustration of all the conscious and physical effort we put in and the lack of desired results we get when we disapprove becomes either overwhelming or defeating.

Finding out that we’ve been sabotaging even our greatest efforts can be confusing, upsetting and even maddening.
But the truth is that the simple act of disapproving is one of the single most destructive and wasteful things we can do.
Just as the concept of forgiveness is often misunderstood, the process of approving is confusing as well. Forgiveness is not a blank slate, or a condoning of the offense. It may seem like semantics, but learning what it really is and how to apply it can literally change our life. In the same way, approving is not an encouragement to experience more negativity, it’s not rationalizing. Learning how to approve of yourself and others will help you grease the wheels of your own creations.
Especially here in the West, we have a long tradition of righting wrongs, striving to correct imbalances and fixing things that are broken. A long time ago we came to believe that thinking negatively about something will somehow change it into the positive. We developed and nurtured a strong belief system that the more something inspires us to feel badly, the more force we’ll be able to muster against it which will help us overcome it. It’s a powerful draw, the desire to change that which offends us.
The challenge is of course that while we have so many examples of how we fought the good fight and won, from an energetic standpoint we know that that these concepts are actually a misuse of our power and the power of the universe! While we have achieved some astounding successes in the face of overwhelming negativity by using our force, we are in fact making it more difficult and creating more problems for ourselves than is necessary.
When we disapprove of something or someone, we aren’t rejecting them or the vibration of negativity at all. Rather, we are actually grabbing hold of the very thing we don’t want. What we resist…persists!
We are in effect saying to the universe “see this, this thing I don’t like? Could you please keep this going because I’ve accepted it into my reality…” and the result is that the person, thing or event we are disapproving of simply MUST continue in order to maintain receiving our disapproval!
The way we have used force to overcome negativity in our history is not proof that positive vibrations resulting from positive thoughts, feelings and actions doesn’t work.
It’s proof that the weight of vibrational frequency in those instances merely shifted slowly. At first the majority of the vibrational frequency was resonating with negativity, disharmony. As we became aware and dwelt on the negative, it grew, sustained and festered. Once the decision was made to change the negative, the shift began…but slowly.
The main attention was on the what is “now,” with a mere wish for what could be. As the intensity of attention shifted from what is to what could be, so did the vibrational frequency and thus the resulting reality. Finally, when the balance of energy shifted enough from negative to the other end of the spectrum, eventually the weight of attention had gained enough momentum and the resulting reality appeared to have changed rather quickly. In reality, it was shifting all along from the very first moment attention was given to what could be.
Of course it’s entirely impossible to give approval to those people, situations and things that are giving us pain. It seems that it would add to the wrongs if we gave our approval to someone who continually abused us. But we’re not talking about leaning in for another slap when we speak of turning the other cheek. Perhaps the wording could have been better crafted, but the meaning if you look for it and understand energy is clear and true. By removing the hurt part, and returning to the scene in a strong and clear way, we release the energy that we were disapproving of in the first place.
So if righting wrongs and fixing the broken things is such bad manifesting, why have we developed this pattern? Because it feels pretty darn good in the end, and we love a good high. Living in a state of self-disapproval, it feels good to shift the focus of blame for just a bit. Between enjoying the reprieve from the disapproval spotlight, and the desire to feel the adrenaline burn, we’re almost more comfortable with negative energy than turning to the positive.
Yet just because something is an accepted pattern does not make it valid or true.
Manifesting is much like the process of flying a plane. While the pretty travel brochures show a simple line connecting the departure and arrival points, the reality of flight is anything but a straight line. The job of the pilot is to course correct, repeatedly until safely reaching the desired destination. It would be ludicrous for a pilot to say, “Oh darn…we’re a few degrees off course…I guess we have to stop and go back to our starting point now.” If they did, we’d never get anywhere!
The same is true with us. But as we move through our days, our projects, our relationships, endeavoring to create our dreams drawing us from where we begin to our desired destination we tend more to abandon the course rather than correct it.
Approval is noticing where you are, realistically, and still supporting yourself and others. It’s learning to compliment those things we did do well, while clearly being reasonable about making the changes we still need in order to successfully complete the journey or create our dream.
Of course as with all self-growth knowledge, understanding the concepts consciously is far different from actually being able to apply them in our own lives. The stuck energy of our painful traumas, negative beliefs and misconceptions have to be cleared first in order for us to be open to learning how to implement the concept of giving approval to ourselves and others. Once we do, however, life suddenly seems to slide easily into place as our vibration moves from one of force to attraction, one of tightness to openness. And being open is the only way we can actually receive.
Learning how to approve of yourself and others may seem a daunting challenge, given how amazingly annoying, absurd, hurtful and difficult both we and they can be. But as you clear yourself of your own disapproval, you may find the disapproval you held for others organically shifting away too.
And in the process, so you’ll increase the momentum of your positive manifestations – everything from a better bathing-suit body to higher sales, more loving relationships and access to your creative genius – all increasingly magnetized to you.

3 Tips to Creating Deeper Fulfillment at Work

Did you know that the average American will spend 96,400 hours at work in his or her lifetime? That’s a lot of time, especially if that average American is unfulfilled or dissatisfied with their job.
If you’re finding yourself in a less than savory work situation, here are three tips you can start to apply to your job (and your life) today, to create more meaning, deeper satisfaction and greater opportunities at work.
1. Give up your victim mentality – Take an active role in seeking happiness in the here and now. Many of us are tempted to think, “If only________ would happen or be different at work, I would be happy.” We can NOT act like victims of our work situations, putting our happiness on hold for things outside of our control. What you can change is your attitude (which you can control) about your career, as it is now. Then, with a healthier perspective, you can be a “victor” and take the next right steps for yourself.
2. Practice an attitude of gratitude – Practicing gratitude is an excellent way to refocus your mind toward what is positive in your life and in your work. We all have something that we can feel grateful for. Does your current job provide you with money for the necessities of life? Do you have a least one co-worker that you look forward to greeting each morning? Did your heart continue to beat while you slept last night? These basics that we all can easily take for granted need to be acknowledged daily. Begin looking for people, places, or things to be grateful for throughout the day. It will cultivate a spirit of appreciation within you and redirect your mind and your heart towards what is working for you.
3. Create YOUR Day. Perhaps your job, by its very nature, doesn’t give you opportunities to use your strongest talents or natural abilities. Create those opportunities yourself. “My job didn’t offer much in the ways of creativity,” says my client, Lisa. “So I cooked up my own ways to express myself. I initiated an employee relations bulletin board and designed some new training programs, instead of the ol’ run of the mill ones they’d used for years.” If your passion is people, and you’re crunching numbers, you might look for opportunities throughout the day to connect with others, in the break room, with clients on the phone, or by facilitating an icebreaker at the next staff meeting.
Grandma Moses said “Life is what you make it, always has been, always will.” Well, guess what? The same applies to work!
Explore Your Infinite Vastness, Release Your Limitations, Experience Your Abundance by Dr Cynthia Miller
The Truth is that you are a vast, limitless being who chose to come to earth and be in a body. During the process of trying to squish this vastness into a small body you needed to choose some limitations in order to fit into a human form. It is all a grand game and you decided which limitations you would play with. As you accept who you really are, a vast limitless creator, then the game and your life take on a new dimension. Instead of struggling, feeling unworthy and fake, you can experience and live from a place of our Expanded Self.
The game of this life flips on its end; the rules are totally opposite what they were before. As the creator of your limitations, you can claim back the power you gave to those limitations and use that energy and power to expand your consciousness.
As a tiny child, you needed all your limitations so you could learn to function on earth. Imagine taking infinite vastness and trying to put all of that in a body – quite a remarkable task. So you chose to keep some parts of your magnificence and to leave, limit, hide or deny other parts of your magnificence. It is how you decided to play the game of life. When you grasp that you are the creator, you can then take back your power, otherwise you are a victim of circumstance.
Shame, guilt, panic, terror, anger, and rage are all ways you have created to hide who you are. When you go beyond these limitations what is revealed is the truth of who you are – a magnificent abundant being. All the fears that stop you from living big and being in an Expanded State are the pointers to your freedom. Follow the fear to its core; there you will burst into the Truth of who you are. As you bring Radical Gratitude to those fears and stuck places, you will find the gift of your magnificence.

“Appreciate: to see the nature of or to increase the value of.” Love and appreciation are synonymous. Appreciation is the feeling of being in love. It is the feeling you have when you see someone and you feel like you are moving through one another. Appreciation is the vibration of being who you are. It’s the absence of resistance or doubt, fear, self denial or hatred of others. You could walk down a crowded street with things that others would criticize or even worry about and you would not have access to that because your vibration is picking out for you things of a different vibrational nature. A state of appreciate is a state of Godliness. A state of appreciation is who you were the day you were born and it is who you will be the moment you die. If we were standing in your physical shoes, we would make this our quest in every moment.
But the tricky thing is sometimes you can’t get a whiff of bliss from where you are. So we say:
* If you’re in despair, follow your revenge; it’s downstream
* If you’re in revenge, follow your hatred; it’s downstream
* If you’re in hatred, follow your anger; it’s downstream
* If you’re in anger, follow your frustration; it’s downstream
* If you’re in frustration, follow your hope; it’s downstream
* If you’re in hope, now you are in the vicinity of appreciation.
Now begin making lists of things that you feel good about. Fill your notebooks full of them. Make lists of positive aspects. Make lists of things you love.
Contrast helps you to identify desire. Desire is summoning, it’s always flowing through you. You have the opportunity of opening to the harmony of the vibration of your desire or not. As the desires are being summoned through you and you go with the flow, you thrive, but if you use things to be your excuse for not going with the flow, you are arguing for your limitations. We want to show you how to go with the flow, which means nothing more than finding vibrational harmony with your own desire and letting the Universal Energy that your desire is summoning to it flow through you.
It is optimum creative experience.

Got Intentions? The How & Why of Setting Intentions

Life follows our thoughts, so when we don’t get specific and deliberate with those thoughts, who knows where we’ll end up! We’re much more powerful creators when we train our attention toward what we want, by setting the intention for it in advance.
What’s An Intention? An intention is simply “the act or instance of determining mentally upon some action or result.” Dream Coach Marci Weider writes this about intentions:
“A working definition for intention is: ‘to have in mind a purpose or plan, to direct the mind, to aim.’ Lacking intention, we sometimes stray without meaning or direction. But with it, all the forces of the universe can align to make even the most impossible, possible.”
I tell folks an intention is simply holding in mind what you want. That’s what allows you to point your conscious awareness (your vehicle for all creation) in the direction of what you would like to have or be or do.
In short, setting intentions is a good habit to get into! Here are short and sweet steps for setting an intention. (Whether you do it on the fly or create a more formal ritual for it, the important part is that you do what feels best!)
On-the-Fly Intention Setting (for when you’re right in the moment and don’t have a lot of advance prep time)
1. Focus your thought on the result or experience you want
2. Let it go
Could it get any easier? The only thing better than how simple it is, is how effective you’ll find it! On-the-fly intention setting is perfect for taking or making important calls, meeting new people, hosting or attending an event, receiving some sort of service (restaurant dinner, car in the shop, tax preparation), traveling, etc.
For times when you’re extra nervous or doubtful, or for things that feel like a big deal, you might engage a more ritualized process for setting an intention:
Formal Intention Setting
1. Write your intention down
2. Let it go
Alternatively, you could say it out loud instead of putting it in writing. There’s something about the power of the written and spoken word that are especially fun to invoke when it really counts. Developing a habit or ritual around the process will increase its power for you.
You can develop a ritual by keeping a particular journal where you write intentions, or having a place (a box or drawer or even a book) where you keep the papers you’ve written your intentions on.
Some choose to keep their written intentions in a place where they see them regularly (bulletin board, bathroom mirror, wallet, etc.).
If you’re speaking your intention instead of writing it, it’s recommended to get in a peaceful state before declaring it. If you choose to share it with another person, be picky about who you let in on it to ensure you get support instead of ridicule or doubt.
As far as how to word your intention, there’s no wrong way to do it, but I recommend you play with various structures in order to find your rhythm – then stick with what feels best. Some start an intention by addressing their higher power, some start it with “I am,” some simply say what’s going to happen. (That’s how I do it: “We have a great time, we’re totally attracted to each other, he quickly makes it clear he wants to see me again.”) Experiment, be creative, and pay attention for what “clicks” for you.
When to Use It?
When is a good time to practice setting a deliberate intention? As mentioned above, there’s no bad time to use it. Anytime you care about what happens or simply want to ensure you get what you want is a great time to get intentional.
In fact, I suspect most of us hold intentions more often than we realize. The problem is those intentions aren’t usually conscious or deliberate or pointing us in the direction of our desire.
For example, my sister-in-law recently went on a job interview that she “knew” wouldn’t pay what she wanted. As she drove to her interview, she imagined that they would probably like her, would probably want to hire her, and could in no way possible afford her.
Guess what happened? No surprise she got exactly what she held in mind.
By purposely setting an intention, we get a chance to redirect our thoughts in ways that allow our desired end result to come to fruition. We get out of our own way and stop sabotaging our happy endings!

Your Sub-Conscious Mind – Magnify the Right Vibes

There is a whole set of thought vibrations available for you to choose from.
In any life area that has mixed signals going on, you will find a plethora of vibrations all mixed in together. Some vibrations say – “I have it going really good. This is working out so well!”
While others say – “Oh boy, what’s happening? The whole thing is not working at all. Why am I even wasting my time on this?”
To choose the strain of thoughts that ultimately support what you want to create, is your job as the creator of your life journey.
Your mind is like a child, or rather your subconscious mind is like a child and it beams all of these messages into the Universe attracting situations. You can use your conscious mind to overrule or overwrite this subconscious mind because it is important to train this subconscious mind to get the results that you want.
Coaching is about working on this program, and as you (we) cajole your subconscious into letting go of old thoughts and feed in new useful, loving and supportive thoughts, your vibrations change for the better and so does your reality. The whole energy changes around you.
It’s all a new understanding, perspective and programming that goes into your subconscious so that change happens.
Your conscious mind can help in changing focus and awareness and help guide your subconscious to contain better beliefs and thoughts. The only problem is if your conscious mind gets too rigid and does not want to let your subconscious think differently. This happens to overly intellectual people and people who have experienced so many contrary situations (contrary to what they would have liked to experience) that allowing the subconscious mind to think differently seems to be a Herculean task.
In such cases, information needs to be fed in very logically and carefully because the mind needs to be totally convinced to release all doubts and fears. It is a case of trust, and as a person learns to trust, he/she lets go of old and rigid thought patterns that were just not sitting right. The old subconscious just created the same situation again and again, and the consequences get very clear to see and experience.
For example if there is a man or woman in your life who seems as if he/she is not treating you correctly, it’s because this person is the projection of your subconscious mind and its beliefs. You may want one thing, but this subconscious mind projects another. As this subconscious mind is trained differently, change happens around you. You can also keep this in mind while dealing with other people because they too have the same issues. Their subconscious mind is also trained to think incorrectly thereby creating their experiences with you.
If you want change, and would like to experience the results of having different beliefs in your subconscious mind, then allow this subconscious mind to hold different beliefs and your life will certainly reflect that change. Work on your vibrations and from the mix of thought vibrations, choose and transmit correct and useful ones to the Universe and have it bring back good and happy situations to you.
Magnify the vibes that will support you and let go of those that don’t. Let your subconscious project a different reality for you and take correct and happy actions.
