What to Expect When we gather, we simply sit in presence — together yet as individuals — guided by intention, simplicity, and calm attention. There’s no performance, no expectation to share, and no need to be “fixed.” You are welcome exactly as you are.
These Circles invite women into a sacred, heart-centered space of shared presence and remembrance. Together we listen deeply, honour our lived experience, and open ourselves to guidance from within.
Each Circle is an opportunity to receive healing alignment, creative expansion, and the comfort of being witnessed exactly as you are.
Each gathering includes gentle guided meditation, appreciation practices, and intentional presence—supporting healing alignment, expanded creativity, and deep nourishment of spirit.

Held in spectacular natural settings, these retreats offer spacious time to rest, replenish, and reconnect with your essence. Through ritual, reflection, and embodied practice, we step out of the noise of daily life and return to what truly nourishes us.
Circle Orientation:
When we gather, we’re tending a shared space together. These gentle agreements help keep the circle grounded, respectful, and nourishing for everyone.
Possibility We arrive with a willingness to be present — listening with care, speaking from our own experience, and respecting individual choices. Confidentiality is held as an act of mutual trust.
Exploration This is a space for curiosity, not fixing. You’re invited to notice what’s alive for you and engage at your own pace, without pressure to change or perform insight.
Beauty & Care We honour the body and nervous system by moving gently. Rest, simplicity, and spaciousness are welcome here.
Appreciation We practice noticing what’s already working — offering kindness to ourselves and one another, and allowing ease where it naturally arises.
Celebration We uplift and witness one another with warmth and respect, making room for joy, humour, and shared humanity.
