Serendipity’s Garden grew out of a lived commitment to joy, presence, and self-trust — shaped by real life, real challenges, and the choice to stay engaged with what’s nourishing.
I’m someone who has learned, over time, how to care for myself in the midst of uncertainty, how to take responsibility for my own happiness, and how to notice what’s working even when life feels complex. My work reflects a belief that attention matters, joy is practical, and small, intentional choices can quietly change the shape of a life.
I don’t offer formulas or fixes. Instead, I model another way of being — one rooted in agency, curiosity, pleasure, and devotion to what feels alive. I’m inspired by ordinary rituals: morning light, music, movement, beauty, and moments of stillness that help us return to ourselves.
Through writing, moon circles, and intentional gatherings, Serendipity’s Garden is a space for women who want to prioritize themselves, delight in what brings them joy, and move forward with greater ease and self-permission. I don’t position myself as an authority over your life — think of me as a guide, sharing what I’ve lived and learned, and trusting you to choose what resonates.
This work is my devotion made visible — an exchange of energy, attention, and care. If what I represent speaks to you, you’re welcome here.
I am living and working on the beautiful west coast of British Columbia, Canada, on the traditional, unceded territory of the Semiahmoo First Nation, of the Coast Salish peoples.
Core Values
Serendipity’s Garden is grounded in self-trust, joy, presence, beauty, and embodied care – valuing agency over powerlessness, kindness over coercion, rhythm over striving, and lived experience over perfection.
This work honours sensuality, nourishment, and receptivity — not as luxuries, but as practical ways of staying connected to life.
I believe inner steadiness is not a luxury — it is the foundation for wise living.
In a world that moves quickly and extracts too much, I choose coherence over urgency.
I believe our internal state shapes how we participate in the world.
Regulation precedes clarity. Clarity precedes sustainable change.
I believe abundance should nourish people, communities, and the earth — not deplete them.
Success should not cost us our health, our relationships, or the planet.
I honour emotional responsibility.
I honour conscious focus.
I honour alignment before action.
This is not spirituality of bypassing.
This is spirituality of participation.
We cultivate spaces where women reconnect to their rhythm, their nervous systems, their inner authority.
From that place, wiser choices emerge. Healthier systems are built. New ways of living are modeled.
We are not here for performance. We are here for coherence.
We are not here to be small in order to be safe.
We are here to be congruent. From coherence, sustainable change unfolds naturally.
At the heart of Serendipity’s Garden is a love of community and collaboration — spaces where people are met with warmth, respect, and choice. I’m passionate about holding space for environments that feel human and grounded, where we can notice what’s already working, appreciate what’s nourishing, and remember that abundance isn’t achieved — it’s allowed..
